How to Get Ostomy Supplies
Step 1:
Complete and submit the request form below
Requests without a completed form may not be processed
Step 2:
One of our volunteers will contact you in 3-5 days to confirm your request
Make sure your voicemail is set up and not full, and check your email regularly.
Our volunteers will make up to 3 attempts to contact you.
Step 3:
Pick up your supplies
When:
Between 9 am and 11 am on one of the following Saturdays:
March 28 • April 25 • May 30 • June 27 • July 25 • August 29 • September 26 • October 31 • November 21 • December 19

Price Self Storage, 3951 Murphy Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92123

Why do I need to complete a form?

One size does not fit all bodies or all ostomies. It's crucial you get ostomy supplies that fit, and that you can use :)

What if I don't know what ostomy supplies I need?

Why does it take 3-5 days for someone to contact me?

Our ostomy supply closet is run by a small handful of dedicated, unpaid volunteers.

Are the ostomy supplies free?
Yes, but a $25 donation to our organization is greatly appreciated :)
How many ostomy supplies can I get, and how often can I get them?

You may receive 30 days' worth of ostomy supplies per month.

You may receive ostomy supplies once per month as long as you need :)

A new form should be submitted for each month you request supplies
Why do I need to pick up my supplies? Can you mail them?

Due to the volume of ostomy supply requests and our limited number of volunteers, we cannot deliver or mail supplies.

We are unable to accommodate emergencies. To get supplies fast, you can order ostomy supplies through Amazon. Amazon offers brand-name ostomy products (Coloplast, Convatec, Hollister) and an affordable generic (Carbou). Coloplast also has a direct-to-consumer online store. Can I get medical help with my ostomy?
As a community-based, non-medical volunteer organization, we cannot provide medical care or advice.

We reserve the right to deny supplies or services to anyone who is unkind or makes our volunteers feel unsafe at any time.
