HOW to Get Ostomy Supplies
The Ostomy Support Group of North San Diego County (OSGNSDC) is committed to helping uninsured San Diego area and Baja California residents secure ostomy supplies
through our Ostomy Supply Closets.
Our supply closets are run by a small handful of unpaid, non-medical, volunteers.
Ostomy supply sizes, styles, and quantities may be limited and are not guaranteed.
A Completed Request Form is Required

After completing the REQUIRED Request Form, one of our volunteers will contact you within 3-5 days.

I need my supplies NOW!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate emergencies. We're a small non-medical community group and do not have a storefront, office, paid staff, or nearly enough volunteers to accommodate emergencies.
How can I volunteer?
There are multiple opportunities to volunteer. The first step is to attend a few of our meetings and learn about who we are and what we do. Our meetings are held once a month virtually or in person.
A $25 tax-deductible donation is suggested for ostomy supplies. (NOT REQUIRED)
These donations are used to cover storage facility costs for our Supply Closet.
